Vail Valley Pulse ("Pulse", "we", "us") is a Vail Digital product. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our app and website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details — such as your name and email address, if you create an account.
- Preferences — the venues, artists and event types you favorite or follow, so we can personalize your feed and notifications.
- Business information — for business accounts, your business profile, the events you submit, and billing details handled by our payment processor.
- Device and usage information — such as device type, app version, push-notification token and basic usage analytics that help us improve the app.
- Approximate location — only if you allow it, to show events near you.
How we use it
- To run the app, show events and send the notifications you ask for.
- To publish business events and manage business accounts.
- To respond to support requests and send important service updates.
- To understand how the app is used and make it better.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Pulse (such as hosting, email, analytics and payments), when required by law, or with your permission.
Your choices
- Turn push notifications or location access on or off at any time in your device settings.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@vaildigital.dev.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Pulse is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
